【Dosage】
Sodium valproate tablets:
Adults commonly used: daily weight 15mg / kg or 0.6-1.2g (3-6 tablets) per day 2-3 times. Start with 5-10mg/kg, and increase it after one week until it can control the seizure. When the daily dosage exceeds 250mg, it should be taken in divided doses to reduce gastrointestinal irritation.
