【Dosage】
Sirolimus capsules: Oral. A single loading dose of 6 mg followed by a maintenance dose of 2 mg/day.
Sirolimus: Rapamo is intended for use by immunotherapists and physicians who have experience in treating kidney transplant patients. Patients receiving this drug should be treated in an institution equipped with appropriate laboratories and ancillary medical facilities and personnel. The physician responsible for maintaining the treatment should have complete information necessary for patient follow-up. It is recommended that rapazone tablets be used in combination with cyclosporine and corticosteroids. Repa is used orally, once a day, with or without food.
