  【Dosage】
  Sirolimus capsules: Oral. A single loading dose of 6 mg followed by a maintenance dose of 2 mg/day.

Patients receiving this drug should be treated in an institution equipped with appropriate laboratories and ancillary medical facilities and personnel.
