【Dosage】
CARNITOR® tablets:
Adult: Based on clinical response, the recommended oral dose for adults is 990 mg twice or three times daily using 330 mg tablets.
Infants and children: The recommended oral dose for infants and children is 50 to 100 mg/kg/day in divided doses up to 3 g/day. The dose should start at 50 mg/kg/day. The exact dose depends on the clinical response.
