Benazepol hydrochlorothiazide tablets: high blood pressure. Benazepril hydrochloride tablets: This product is suitable for all stages of hypertension. Congestive heart failure. Adjuvant therapy for patients with congestive heart failure (NYHA class II-IV) who respond poorly to digitalis and/or diuretics.

【Dosage】
Benazepol Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets: The recommended dose for the treatment of hypertension is 10/12.5mg once a day. For patients who cannot be completely controlled by an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (such as benazepril hydrochloride), switching to this product once a day can achieve better blood pressure control results. For patients who cannot fully control their blood pressure with hydrochlorothiazide or other thiazide diuretics, a more substantial drop in blood pressure can be achieved by switching to this product. Patients who receive hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg (or 50 mg) once a day should discontinue the diuretic for at least 3 days before using this product. Adjust the dose as needed after using this product. This product can replace the combination treatment of benazepril hydrochloride and hydrochlorothiazide. Patients with creatinine clearance >30 mL/min do not need to adjust the dose.
Benazepril Hydrochloride: Hypertension: The recommended daily dose is 10 mg (1 tablet) when starting treatment without diuretics, once a day, if the effect is not good, it can be added to 20 mg (2 tablets) per day. The dose to be used must be adjusted according to the response of the blood pressure, and should usually be adjusted every 1 to 2 weeks. In some patients, at the end of the dosing interval, the antihypertensive effect may be weakened. In such patients, the total daily dose should be divided into two doses, or a diuretic should be added. The maximum recommended daily dose for the treatment of hypertension is 40mg (4 tablets), once or twice divided into two doses.
