[Usage and Dosage] KALBITOR should be managed only by health care professionals with appropriate medical support to manage allergic reactions and hereditary angioedema. KALBITOR should be refrigerated and protected from light. KALBITOR is a clear, colorless liquid; the particulate matter and discoloration of each vial is visually inspected prior to administration. If there are particles or discoloration, the vial should not be used. Using a sterile technique, use a large diameter needle to remove 1 mL (10 mg) of KALBITOR from the vial.
