[Indications] Adult systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

[Usage and Dosage] Benlysta can be prepared in powder form (120 mg and 400 mg) for infusion (drip) into the vein; it can also be used as a pre-filled pen and pre-filled syringe (200 mg) for subcutaneous injection. When Benlysta is administered as an intravenous infusion, the recommended dose is 10 mg per kg of body weight over 1 hour. The first three doses were administered for two weeks. After that, Benlysta is given every four weeks. Benlysta can also give a subcutaneous injection of 200 mg once a week. If the doctor thinks it is appropriate, the patient can inject Benlysta himself after receiving appropriate training.
