[indications]Suitable for patients undergoing kidney transplantation to prevent organ rejection.

【Dosage】It is recommended that this drug be combined with cyclosporine and corticosteroids. This medicine is for oral administration once a day. After the transplant, the drug should be taken as soon as possible. For new transplant recipients, the dose of the drug should be taken for the first time, that is, 3 times the dose of the maintenance. The recommended loading for kidney transplant patients is 6 mg and the maintenance dose is 2 mg/day. Although the 15 mg load and the 5 mg/day maintenance dose are safe and effective in clinical trials, the efficacy benefit of doses above 2 mg is not clear for kidney transplant patients. Patients who take 2 mg of the drug daily are generally safer than those who take 5 mg of the drug daily.
In order to minimize the difference in absorption of the drug, the drug should be taken with or without food.

[Storage]Bottled oral solutions should be stored in a refrigerator at 2-8 ° C (36-46 ° F) in the dark. Once the vial is opened, the drug should be used up within 1 month. If necessary, the patient can store the vial at room temperature (up to 25 ° C (77 ° F)) for short periods of time (eg, several days, but no longer than 30 days).
An amber applicator and cap are provided for medication. Store in a dispenser at room temperature (up to 25 ° C (77 ° F)), or 2-8 ° C (36-46 ° F) in a refrigerator, no more than 24 hours. The applicator is disposable and will be discarded after use. Take it immediately after the drug has been diluted.
Bottled oral solutions may cause mild turbidity when refrigerated. If turbidity occurs, place the product at room temperature and shake gently until the turbidity disappears. The occurrence of turbidity does not affect the quality of this product. Valid for 18 months.
