【Dosage】The infusion dose of concentrated red blood cells should be determined according to the condition. In general, a 60-kg adult anemia patient can increase hemoglobin by 5 g/L per infusion of 1 unit of concentrated red blood cells; and an infusion of 6 ml per kilogram of body weight in children can increase hemoglobin by 10 g/L.
