[Indications] ERWINAZE (asparaginase Erwinia chrysanthemi) is an asparagine-specific enzyme that is indicated as a component of a multi-drug chemotherapeutic agent for the treatment of allergic reactions to E. coli.Acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) Patient's treatment regimen asparaginase.

[Usage and Dosage] The recommended dosage is 25,000 IU/m2
Intramuscular injections, three times a week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), six doses of pegaspargase per planned dose.
Replace one dose of natural E. coli asparaginase: the recommended dose is 25,000 IU/m2
Each predetermined dose of native E. coli asparaginase is injected intramuscularly.
The volume of recombinant ERWINAZE at a single injection site was limited to 2 mL; if the recombinant dose to be administered was greater than 2 mL, multiple injection sites were used.

[Storage] Store unused or unopened vials and cartons at temperatures between 36°F and 46°F (2°C to 8°C). Protected from light. Do not use ERWINAZE after the expiration date on the vial.
