[Usage and Dosage] Adults aged 18 years and older started treatment with a loading dose of 320 mg delivered to two 2 ml, subcutaneously 160 mg on the same day at two different locations. Continue to use a weekly injection of 160 mg as a single, 2 ml, subcutaneously administered dose. Don't give ARCALYST more often than once a week.
