  [indications]Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia(HoFH).

  【Dosage】
  (1) Before treatment, measure ALT, AST, alkaline phosphatase, and total bilirubin; negative fertility test in women with fertility; and start a low-fat diet from fat supply energy <20%.
  (2) Start treatment at 5 mg once a day. Adjust the dose according to Ken's safety/tolerance: increase to 10 mg per day after at least 2 weeks; and then, at a minimum 4-week interval, to 20 mg, 40 mg, and up to a maximum recommended dose of 60 mg per day.
  (3) Reduced absorption of fat-soluble vitamins/fatty acids: daily intake of vitamin E, linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) Supplement.
  (4) Take 1 time a day, with water and no food, at least 2 hours after dinner.
  (5) Patients with end-stage renal disease who have dialysis should have a baseline mild liver damage of no more than 40 mg per day.
