  【Dosage】
  Fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules: generally only need to take 20mg orally once a day, if necessary, to 40mg per day. Dosage and treatment are as directed.
  Fluoxetine enteric-coated tablets: only for oral administration to adults. In the acute phase, it is recommended to use fluoxetine tablets. After the symptoms of depression have been relieved for more than 4 weeks, use this product. The recommended dose for adults is one oral fluoxetine enteric tablet once a week (not chewable). It is recommended to take it once a week after lunch. Due to the slower clearance of fluoxetine from the body, the daily dose of 20 mg of fluoxetine to take this product should be separated by 7 days (calculated from the time of discontinuation of the ordinary tablets). The consensus reached by WHO is that antidepressants continue to be treated for at least 6 months. For patients with impaired liver and kidney function, elderly patients, or other patients who may have interacting drugs, reduce the dose.   4. Plasma concentrations do not increase without limit. Because Baiyou is relieved by the hepatic cytochrome P450 IID6 isoenzyme system, it can also be metabolized by the unsaturated pathway. Therefore, the average plasma concentration in patients who have been taking the drug for three consecutive years is similar to that at 4-5 weeks.
