  【Dosage】
  Recommended dosage:
  1. Chronic Ph+CML patients: oral 400mg, once a day, with food
  2. Treatment of patients with drug resistance or intolerance before Ph+CML in chronic, accelerated or blast phase: 500 mg orally, once daily, with food.
  Precautions:
  If the leak occurs for more than 12 hours, the patient should skip the dose and take the next dose as usual.
  Dose adjustment:
  In patients who do not meet or maintain hematology, cytogenetics, or molecular levels, 600 mg per day is allowed (no tertiary or higher adverse effects at the recommended starting dose); myelosuppression (neutrophils) Reduced, thrombocytopenia); elevated lipase, amylase, bilirubin or liver transaminase; non-hematologic adverse reactions, adjust the corresponding dose according to different conditions.
