This product is also used to reduce intraocular pressure before glaucoma and some internal eye surgery. If the intraocular pressure control is not satisfactory after glaucoma surgery, this product can still be used to control intraocular pressure. [Usage and Dosage] Oral administration: commonly used in adults
(1) open angle glaucoma, the first amount of 250mg (1 tablet), 1 to 3 times a day, the maintenance amount should be determined according to the patient’s response to the drug, try to use a smaller The dose controls the intraocular pressure; generally 250 mg (1 tablet) per day can control the intraocular pressure within the normal range.
(2) secondary glaucoma and ocular hypotension before surgery, 250mg (1 tablet), once every 4 to 8 hours, usually 2 to 3 times a day.
(3) In acute cases, the first dose is doubled to 500mg (2 tablets), and later used to maintain the amount of 125-250mg (0.5 to 1 tablet), 2 to 3 times a day.
