Cabergolin - 卡麦角林

Cabergoline is a dopamine receptor agonist that works by selectively stimulating dopamine D2 receptors in the pituitary gland, thereby suppressing prolactin secretion. It is primarily used in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia-related conditions, including prolactinomas and associated menstrual irregularities or infertility, and is also used as an adjunct therapy in Parkinson's disease.
