【Dosage】
Recommended dose: ZYTIGA 1000 mg is administered orally once a day with prednisone 5 mg orally twice a day. ZYTIGA must be taken on an empty stomach. Food should not be consumed at least 2 hours prior to taking the ZYTIGA dose and at least 1 hour after taking the ZYTIGA dose.
(1) For patients with moderate hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh category B) at baseline, reduce the starting dose of ZYTIGA to 250 mg once daily.
(2) For patients with hepatotoxicity during treatment, ZYTIGA is not used until recovery. It can be treated again at a reduced dose. ZYTIGA should be discontinued if the patient has severe liver toxicity.
