[Indications] ISTODAX is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor suitable for: treating patients withDermal T-cell lymphomaPatients (CTCL) have received at least one systemic treatment.

[Usage and Dosage] 14 mg / m 2 intravenous (IV) intravenously administered within a few days, 4 hours 28 days of 1,8 and 15 cycles. If so, the patient continues to benefit and tolerate the drug every 28 days.
Treatment interruption or interruption, with or without dose reduction may require 10 mg / m2 to control adverse drug reactions. INTODAX for injection, 10 mg, with a vial containing 2 mL (deliverable volume) solution containing diluent.
