zonisamide - 唑尼沙胺
Zonisamide is a medication with multiple mechanisms of action — it exerts an antiepileptic effect by blocking voltage-dependent sodium channels and T-type calcium channels, and may also improve dopaminergic neurotransmission through inhibition of monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) activity, among other mechanisms. It is primarily used as an adjunctive therapy for epilepsy, and in some countries and regions is also approved as an adjunctive treatment for Parkinson's disease.
