Safinamide - 沙芬酰胺

Safinamide is a selective, reversible monoamine oxidase type B (MAO-B) inhibitor that also inhibits abnormal glutamate release, working through a dual mechanism to increase dopamine levels in the brain and modulate neuronal excitability. It is primarily used as an adjunctive therapy to levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease patients experiencing "off" episode fluctuations.
