rotigotine - 罗替戈汀贴片

Rotigotine is a non-ergot dopamine receptor agonist delivered via a transdermal patch for continuous drug release, acting on D1, D2, and D3 dopamine receptors to compensate for reduced dopaminergic neurotransmission. It is primarily used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease (either as early-stage monotherapy or in combination with levodopa), and is also used to treat moderate to severe primary restless legs syndrome.
