【Dosage】
Formulation process: The drug should be dissolved in 20 ml of sterile water for injection every 100 mg, and shaken thoroughly until it is completely dissolved into a clear, colorless or light yellow solution. The dissolution time is generally less than 5 minutes, and the concentration after dissolution is 5 mg/ml. Within 30 minutes after dissolution, an appropriate amount of aqueous solution of bendamustine was taken as needed, and transferred to 500 ml of sodium chloride injection (0.9%) or glucose sodium chloride injection (2.5%/0.45%) to ensure benzene. The final concentration of damolastine in the injection is between 0.2 and 0.6 mg/ml. The prepared injection can be stored at 2-8 ° C for 24 hours or at room temperature under natural light for 3 hours.
Bendamustine treatment of CLL takes 28 days as a treatment cycle and typically requires 6 treatment cycles. On the first and second days of each treatment cycle, the recommended dose is 100 mg/m2.
