  【Dosage】

  【Dosage】
  Recommended dosage:
  Panitumab: 6 mg/kg, intravenous infusion for more than 60 minutes, day 1 and every 2 weeks thereafter
  Method of administration:
  For intravenous infusion, the infusion rate should not be too fast. Do not give intravenous bolus or pill injection. During the infusion, observe whether there is an infusion reaction.
  Dosage adjustment and special instructions for use:
  (1) Panitumumab is not required for dermatological toxicity of grade 3 or higher or considered to be intolerant. If the ≤ 2 level does not improve the toxicity within 1 month, the panitumumab will be terminated forever.
  (2) If the dermatological toxicity is improved to ≤ 2, after no more than two doses of panitumumab are discontinued, the patient's symptoms are improved and the treatment can be resumed at 50% of the original dose. If the toxicity recurs, the panitumab will be terminated forever. If the toxicity does not recur, then the dose of panitumumab can be increased by 25% of the original dose until the recommended dose of 6 mg/kg is reached.
