  [indications]
  1. For adult patients undergoing elective hip or knee replacement surgery to preventVenous thrombosisForm (VTE).
  2. For the treatment of adult venous thrombosis (DVT), reduce DVT recurrence after acute DVT andPulmonary embolism(PE) risk.
  3. For adult patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation with one or more risk factors (eg, congestive heart failure, hypertension, age ≥75 years, diabetes, stroke, or transient ischemic attack), Reduce the risk of stroke and systemic embolism.

  【Dosage】Rifasanban administration method:oral.
  Rivaroxaban 10mg can be taken with food or taken alone.
  Rivaroxaban 15mg or 20mg tablets should be taken with food.
  Prevention of venous thrombosis in adult patients undergoing elective hip or knee replacement surgery
  The recommended dose is oral rivaroxaban 10 mg once daily. If the wound has stopped bleeding, the first time of administration should be between 6 and 10 hours after surgery.
  For patients undergoing major hip surgery, the recommended course of treatment is 35 days.
  For patients undergoing major knee surgery, the recommended course of treatment is 12 days.
  If a missed condition occurs, the patient should take rivaroxaban immediately and continue taking the drug once a day.
  Treatment of DVT, reducing the risk of acute DVT recurrence and PE
  The initial recommended dose for acute DVT is 15 mg twice daily for the first three weeks, after which the dose to maintain treatment and reduce the risk of recurrence of DVT is 20 mg once daily.
