  [Usage and Dosage] The recommended dose is 2 mg / kg intravenously, the minimum range is 3.5 to 4.5 hours, based on the infusion volume, once a week. It is recommended to use antihistamines or no antipyretics for pre-treatment 30 to 60 minutes before the start of the infusion.
