[Indications] FOLOTYN is a metabolic inhibitor of folic acid simulation for relapse or refractoryPeripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL) patients indicated. This indication is based on the overall response rate. Clinical benefit has not been confirmed, such as progression-free survival or overall survival improvement.
[Usage and Dosage] The recommended dose of FOLOTYN is 30 mg/m2 intravenously for more than 3 to 5 minutes, for 6 weeks, 7 weeks per week.
Patients were supplemented with vitamin B12 1 mg intramuscularly every 8-10 weeks and folic acid 1.0 to 1.25 mg daily for oral administration.
It may be necessary to discontinue treatment or reduce the dose to 20 mg/m2 to manage adverse drug reactions.
